Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association("MNAPABA") presents:
2015 National Asian Pacific American Bar Association's Central Regional Conference. 
September 18-20 in Minneapolis. 
This is a fantastic opportunity to network with your peers from the Midwest region and earn CLE credits.  Featured events include a reenactment of the landmark case Korematsu v. United States; all day CLE programing addressing issues facing public, private and in-house attorneys; a pre-Gala networking reception with in-house and general counsel; and the annual MNAPABA Gala highlighting Jenny Yang, EEOC Chairperson, as the keynote speaker.
A Man of Quiet Bravery: A Re-enactment of the Fred Korematsu Case, with Reflections from Karen Korematsu.
September 18 at the Federal Courthouse, Minneapolis.
A re-enactment of the Korematsu oral arguments, featuring Minnesota State and Federal Judges and attorneys. Karen Korematsu, Fred Korematsu's daughter, will give reflections about her father after the play.

 


Events will typically be promoted with one listing in the HCBA e-newsletter and included on the HCBA website about 3 weeks prior to the event taking place. HCBA reserves the right to refuse any request for promotion. Events/CLES that compete directly with HCBA offerings will typically not be promoted to its membership.
