  the situation arises.

Improve communication skills through improvisation techniques: Discussion, demonstration, and participation in simple improvisation structures. Use improvisation skills to reduce stress and conflict in the workplace and increase relaxation. Cultivate your creative thinking skills and learn to think on your feet.

Use the art of storytelling to persuade your audience. Learn the key elements of a story and how to present your client’s story in a compelling way. Present the facts so they will be remembered. Convey information by painting pictures with words.

Hone your listening skills. Learn to be in the moment at all times and communicate with your heart and mind. Respond more effectively to your opponent’s arguments. Experience the real key to concentration.

 

DAY 2 TOPICS:

How can you truly understand your audience and build natural rapport? Who are you presenting your material to and what is it they really want to hear? How can you naturally build a stronger rapport in all your business relationships?
