Apply by May 15 for Bar Foundation Board Positions
Each year, new members can be appointed to the Foundation's Board to
serve three-year terms. Board members oversee policies, fundraising, and the
annual grant review process. Board members are limited to serving two
consecutive three-year terms. To be eligible to serve on the HCBF Board of
Directors, individuals must be current Hennepin County
Bar Association members. Applications for this year's openings are due by May 15, 2015.

Open Call for Submissions for the Next Attorney-Art Exhibit
The Art and the Bar Committee invites HCBA members to submit original artwork to be considered for its next exhibit at the bar association office. The theme is: "We Have a Dream." Deadline for submissions is May 1.

HCBA Annual Meeting and
May 27 at LOEWS Hotel
Join us for the 96th Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon -- where the legal community comes together. We will celebrate the HCBA, recognize bar leadership, the Bar Foundation and Volunteer Lawyers Network, and shine a spotlight on this year's award recipients. At the luncheon, HCBA President Thomas Nelson will pass the ceremonial leadership gavel to Kim Lowe, whose term begins July 1.
