Otherwise they will be held for one year and then
discarded.

Agency
Commission
15% granted on space, color, bleed and position to
recognized agencies if paid within 30 days of invoice.
No cash discount. If advertising contract is issued by
an advertising agency, both the agency and its
principal, the advertiser, shall be deemed party to the
contract
