At the January 8, 2013 meeting of the HCBA Board of Directors, the board unanimously adopted extensive revisions to the HCBA's bylaws, the product of over 18 months work by a subcommittee of the Finance & Planning Committee.  

A key goal of the revision was to open more leadership opportunities for members of the association.  In addition, changes were made to the timeline for notification and elections.  Based on the new bylaws, you will find the call for applications for open leadership positions in the March issue of The Hennepin Lawyer.
