WEBCAST | Minnesota Buy-the-Farm Law:  Eligibility, Benefits and Implications 

This CLE examines the benefits and consequences of the Minnesota Buy the Farm Act and will take a closer look at the rationale and the requirements for eligibility under the Act.  More specifically, the presentation will focus on how the CAPX 2020 initiative was impacted by the Act.  The discussion will include case studies demonstrating how the Act applied, and what the benefits and consequences were of such application throughout the CAPX 2020 project.
