Practical Advice on Drafting Settlement Agreements:  Perspectives from Plaintiffs and Defendants

Drafting settlement agreements in employment matters involves competing interests on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.  How can those interests be aligned to allow both parties to reach a mutually acceptable agreement?  Bill Egan and Kelly Jeanetta will provide practical advice and solutions with respect to both zealously representing a client and reaching a resolution of a dispute—both prior to and during litigation.  Bill, on behalf of defendants, and Kelly, on behalf of plaintiffs, will provide their views on these issues given their respective years of experience in litigating and resolving employment law claims.
