Speakers
Joshua Koltun served with the International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP) in Uganda, in January 2013, helping to establish a legal aid clinic to provide legal support and education to journalists. He is a general commercial litigation attorney in San Francisco whose practice has focused on media, intellectual property, advertising/trade practices, unfair competition and consumer law.

David Elefant participated in the Senior Lawyer program sponsored by the Center for International Studies (CILS), which places US attorneys in visiting professorships at institutions in East Europe and the former republics of the Soviet Union. He taught at the University of Debrecen, in Hungary, in 2008. Mr. Elefant practices estate planning and trust administration in Walnut Creek.
