In family law matters, the special needs of a child may significantly affect what custody and parenting time schedules will serve their best interests. It is important, as family law practitioners, to understand how a child’s special needs may impact parenting time and other child-related issues and how best to inform the Court of those special needs so that the Court can make a decision in the child’s best interests. Come learn from the panel regarding their individual perspectives on these issues

Panel:

  • Hon. Timothy Mulrooney, Referee of Hennepin County Family Court
  • Amy Dawson, Esq., Autism Advocacy and Law Center, LLC
  • Kirsten Lysne, Ph.D., L.P., Moxie Incorporated

Meal options: Stout Braised Beef Tips with Tomatoes and Oliveswith Herb Basmati Rice OR Fresh Vegetable Vegan Ratatouille with herb basmati rice (gluten-free)
