This CLE will address claims, defenses and unresolved issues surrounding a business owner’s pursuant of compensation in a condemnation action for business loss under Minn. Stat. 117.186 and "minimum compensation” under Minn. Stat. 117.187.  It will also address the interplay between Minn. Stat. 117.186 and Minn. Stat. 117.187.  The CLE will address these areas in the context of a recent condemnation case involving the Maplewood Wendy’s restaurant.
