Civil Conversations—a series of conversations about issues of civil law practice.  Members of the Hennepin County bench will participate in a relaxed and informal conversation with members of the civil bar about topics of mutual interest.  Reception to follow.

Our June topic is Discovery Issues, which includes:  Litigation records holds, electronic discovery, proportionality, obstructionist behavior, motions and sanctions.
