Environmental Law: Wolf Protection: Controversies in the Courts and on the Ground

1.0 CLE credit applied for this program.

In December, the D.C. Circuit ruled against the Department of Interior's most recent attempt to "delist" the gray wolf from protection under the Endangered Species Act. Rick Duncan, partner at Faegre Baker Daniels, has litigated several Endangered Species Act claims to protect wolves, and will discuss the court's 2014 decision, as well as subsequent appellate and Congressional activity. Josephine Marcotty, environmental reporter for the Star Tribune, will join Mr. Duncan to share her on-the-ground knowledge of stakeholder perspectives in the wolf controversies she covers for the newspaper.

Featuring: Rick Duncan, Partner, Faegre Baker Daniels and Josephine Marcotty, Environmental Reporter, Star Tribune
