In December, the D.C. Circuit ruled against the Department of Interior's most recent attempt to "delist" the gray wolf from protection under the Endangered Species Act. Rick Duncan, partner at Faegre Baker Daniels, has litigated several Endangered Species Act claims to protect wolves, and will discuss the court's 2014 decision, as well as subsequent appellate and Congressional activity. Josephine Marcotty, environmental reporter for the Star Tribune, will join Mr. Duncan to share her on-the-ground knowledge of stakeholder perspectives in the wolf controversies she covers for the newspaper.
