Professionalism & Ethics: The Ethics of Lawyer Mobility:  How to Leave Your Law Firm and Live to Tell the Tale

1.0 (Ethics) CLE credit applied for this program.

This program will explore the ethical and legal issues of lawyer mobility, what requirements apply when a lawyer leaves her law firm to join another firm.

Chuck Lundberg recently retired from Bassford Remele after 35 years of practice as a “lawyer’s lawyer” -- advising attorneys and law firms on matters involving legal malpractice, legal ethics, and other areas of the law of lawyering.  He has now opened a consulting firm, Lundberg Legal Ethics, to provide lawyers and law firms with expert witness services and ethics advice, guidance, training, and advocacy.  Chuck can be reached at chuck@lundberglegalethics.com.
