Tom Hoffman, Lindquist & Vennum, has over 25 years of in-house experience with Wells Fargo & Company, where he served as managing counsel and oversaw and advised default servicing divisions, legal and regulatory compliance, and consumer business lines. Tom has extensive experience, both as inside and outside counsel, in managing consumer regulatory compliance matters faced by financial institutions and the debt-servicing industry.
