Law, Literature and Legal Ethics

3.0 (Ethics) CLE credits applied for this program.

The HCBA's Law & Literature CLE seminars provide a unique way to earn your ethics and elimination of bias CLE credits. Led by experienced facilitators, these popular CLE programs use short articles and works of fiction as a springboard for active discussions on legal ethics and bias. Stories will be sent to you once you register and must be read in advance.

Choose the morning program for the Ethics discussion, the afternoon session for Elimination of Bias, or sign up for a whole day and save on registration. Space is limited. No walk-in registrations accepted.

Stories include: The First and the Last  by John Galsworthy and The Letter by W. Somerset Maugham

Facilitators: Retired Judge Timothy Baland, Literature for Lifetime Learning and Rosalie W. O’Brien, Senior Associate General Counsel, University of Minnesota

Registration for this event will close Sunday, November 1st. After that time, please call Larry at 612-752-6622 to check availability.
