Implicit Bias: New Studies and Practical Advice for Dealing with Bias

What is implicit bias and how does it affect lawyers? Bryan Browning will lead a discussion on how implicit bias impacts an attorney’s practice through real-life examples. The discussion will include how implicit bias influences clients, in-house counsel, opposing counsel, and law firm management and provide strategies for addressing common biases.
