A look at a few recent cases that collection attorneys, whether representing the lender or borrower, should know.  We’ll review recent cases about fiduciary issues for lenders, loan document screw-ups, UCC termination mistakes, the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act pertaining to negotiations between lawyers, redemption from foreclosures, collection of contractual attorney’s fees, priority of Article 9 liens, and more!
