WEBCAST | Minnesota Collection Law & Procedure and the Minnesota Uniform Voidable Transactions Act

This program will begin with a look at the rules and tools applicable to collection of judgments in Minnesota. Topics will include post-judgment discovery, orders for disclosure, bank and wage garnishments, and small money judgment levies. The program will end with a discussion of how the provisions of the Minnesota Uniform Voidable Transactions Act might aid collection of judgments by avoiding certain transfers by judgment debtors made without receiving reasonably equivalent value and certain transfers in payment of debts owed to insider creditors.
