Exploring the Menu: Finding the Family Court Service Program That Hits the Spot

Hennepin County's Family Court Services (FCS) division works with the Fourth Judicial District Family Court to assist families in resolving custody and parenting time disputes. FCS Supervisor Michael Weinstein, along with Judge Patrick Robben, Presiding Judge of the Hennepin County District Court Family Court division, will discuss the several tools FCS currently offers to help families find child-centered solutions for families.  Besides covering the logistics of how custody evaluation process currently works, the program will also cover when other FCS programs may offer a more effective response to families.

Understanding the full menu of services FCS can offer, and how those services operate, can help you steer your clients to a more satisfying family court experience.   Learn how the Court determines whether a custody evaluation, or other FCS tool, should be considered.
