Ethics Pitfalls for Criminal Defense Attorneys

Ethics complaints against criminal defense attorneys seem to be investigated more frequently than in the past. This seminar will cover the traps that criminal defense attorneys most often walk into, such as not properly using flat-fee retainer agreements, failing to communicate with clients, not providing Padilla warnings, and not returning client files.
