Learn the varying legal standards that are applied by the Trial Court when a parent is seeking an interstate, or intrastate, relocation with a minor child.  The panel will discuss successful strategies in these types of cases and what evidence to submit to the Trial Court, whether you are representing the relocating or non-relocating parent.  In addition, find out how to create an effective trial court record for purposes of succeeding on appeal.  This presentation will take place at Hellmuth & Johnson in Edina.  Space is limited, so register early.
