The federal courts of appeal are the court of last resort for the vast majority of cases. This program explores some of the most significant financial litigation matters and issues recently decided or pending before the federal appellate courts, including recent Supreme Court cert petitions and decisions impacting financial litigation nationwide. This CLE will cover a wide variety of financial matters that are currently or have recently been decided at the federal appellate level.
