Vapor intrusion, or the migration of volatile chemicals from the subsurface into buildings, has become a regulatory priority for the EPA and state environmental regulatory agencies, including the MPCA.  Many historic contaminated sites have been reopened to address vapor intrusion.  Consequently, potentially responsible parties have faced an increased risk of litigation.  Brian Liesch, the Managing Principal of the Liesch Companies, and Chris Dolan, a Partner at Faegre Baker Daniels, will provide an update on the technical, legal, and regulatory aspects of vapor intrusion.

Speaker: Brian Liesch, Managing Principal, Liesch Companies and Chris Dolan, Partner, Faegre Baker Daniels
