Tony Sullins, the Regional Endangered Species Chief for the Midwest Region of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and Fish & Wildlife Service Biologist Margaret Rheude will discuss the science and law behind bald eagle recovery, and the future management of the species, including options such as incidental take permits that seek to balance development and conservation.
