Representing a child can present its own set of unique ethical considerations.  How do I explain my attorney role to a child? What are my ethical duties regarding privileged information?  Do I have a conflict here? Anne Tyler Gueinzius, Managing Attorney, of Children’s Law Center of Minnesota will provide a brief overview of the various ethical considerations lawyers must remember when representing children.   Anne has been representing children since 1997 and will explain a lawyer’s duties to her child clients and provide best practices for counseling child clients.

Speaker: Anne Tyler Gueinzius,
Managing Attorney, of Children’s Law Center of Minnesota
