In response to petitions from clean energy organizations, the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission has reopened it docket on “externality values” used to value different energy resources in planning decisions.  Join Kevin Reuther, Litigation Director of the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy, and MCEA Staff Attorney Leigh Currie as they guide us through the statutory and regulatory basis for such externality calculations, and update us on the current reexamination.
