The purpose of this HCBA section is to contribute
to the positive evolution of probate and trust law in
our county -- both to enhance the quality of service
available to our clients and to promote career
satisfaction within our profession.
Our efforts are designed to
increase
professionalism, educational opportunities and
collegiality among practitioners.
We
invite you to be a part of the section and to attend our
monthly seminars. Programs are held
September to May, at the HCBA offices in City
Center, each fourth Monday, beginning at noon. (No
meeting in December.)

HCBA e-newsletter for
upcoming seminars on relevant probate law, trust law,
guardianship and conservatorship law, gift taxation,
estate taxation, income taxation, partnership law,
estate planning, and
business-succession-planning-related topics.
If you
have recommendations for programs for this year, our
Program Chairs would be happy to hear from you.
If you
