Vapor Intrusion: Keeping it Simple

"Vapor Intrusion: Keeping it Simple" will provide an overview of the physical, financial, and legal risks associated with this evolving property development and property management concern. Bay West has reviewed nearly 250 closed petroleum leak sites for the MPCA to assess the vapor intrusion risks under the current agency standards. We will discuss the key conclusions on vapor intrusion risk management in due diligence work that are apparent after performing numerous file reviews. In addition to Superfund liability, we will discuss other potential liabilities that property owners and managers face at vapor intrusion sites. Presented by experts with pertinent, practical experience, this event will help simplify the issues related to managing the risks associated with vapor intrusion, and will provide answers to the questions that developers, economic development agencies, and property owners and managers need to be asking today.
