A review of the 2018 Minnesota Legislatures actions affecting real property law, including what passed, what did not pass and what is likely to be introduced in the future. Specific topics include PACE liens, the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts, amendments to the Common Interest Ownership Act, elimination of outlawed restrictive covenants, and affidavits regarding severance of manufactured homes. This is your first opportunity to hear about laws which become effective this year.
