Criminal and Civil Fraud Investigations 

This presentation will provide practical insights into the world of government fraud investigations.  The speakers will discuss their views on various aspects of these investigations, including hallmarks of effective investigations and potential pitfalls.  The speakers will provide their views of how attorneys handling government investigations can effectively work with the government.  The presentation will discuss the various entities involved in government investigations and how the pieces fit together as the process moves forward.  The speakers will also discuss some similarities and differences between criminal and civil fraud investigations.  They will also address how the civil False Claims Act works and the role it can play in government investigations.
