The speakers will address legal and accounting aspects of leasehold improvements. Attorney John Saunders will cover a few scenarios that show how some of the variables can play out such as who does the work, who pays for the work and when the Landlord pays. CPA Ryan Kelly will discuss tax law changes relating to leasehold improvement costs including depreciation changes. CPA Ryan Kelly will also discuss income tax changes for commercial property owners.
