WEBCAST | The Lifecycle of a Complex Real Estate Development Project
The CLE program will be a high-level review of the life cycle of a commercial real estate development project. The presenters will discuss the analysis undertaken by in-house counsel at a development company as a project moves from site selection to negotiating the purchase and sale agreement to performing property due diligence and working through design, entitlement and contracting for construction of the project to identifying debt and equity capital partners and negotiating build-to-suit leases or commercial office pre-leasing, and finally to disposition of the asset upon stabilization.
