WEBCAST | Pave the way to a smooth commercial closing

From a commercial title company perspective, let us help you maneuver through a successful real estate closing. The closing process doesn’t start with a signed purchase agreement, and doesn’t end when you sign documents at the closing table. Learn about the process, and also the parties involved: buyer, seller, brokers, lenders, surveyor, developer, general contractor, county recording officials. We’ll provide valuable tips and insights from a title examiner and commercial closers. Handouts will include recording preparation sheet, closer checklist, and early start information.
