WEBCAST | “That’s What She Said” – An Employment Lawyers Case Study of The Office

As an attorney specializing in Labor & Employment, Commercial, and Consumer Class Action litigation, Colin has been searching for a stimulating medium that would allow him to combine two of his passions: employment law and witty mid-2000s sitcoms. Fortunately, those passions meld together perfectly when discussing one of his all-time favorite series, The Office. To that end, this CLE will consist of an hour-long presentation analyzing three unique areas of employment law, including race discrimination, sexual harassment, and whistleblower retaliation.
