In this practical program, two experienced collections attorneys will provide an overview of some of the most commonly used post-judgment creditor’s remedies.  Attendees will learn several best practices for representing creditors, including immediate steps to attempt collection a money judgment.  The presenters will provide hands-on solutions for Minnesota’s most popular collection remedies – as well as a discussion of other complex, less well-known options.  This program will close the loop on the November 8, 2019, CLE.
