1.5 CLE credit applied for this program.

This seminar makes a radical departure from the lecture only format. Effective writing techniques are best learned from practice and feedback. In this seminar, Ronnie Gipson uses his experiences as a former California Bar Grader to provide constructive feedback on actual writing samples submitted by attendees. Registrants are given a hypothetical issue from a Law & Motion calendar and are invited to submit an optional, truncated argumentative brief prior to the workshop. During the seminar, a selection of the submissions are discussed and used as learning tools. This seminar was held for the Asian American Bar Association in September 2013 and the reviews were all very positive!
