In this interactive workshop, Steve and Paul will provide content and coaching on all aspects of creating and expanding your law firm’s business plan. Any good business plan focuses on strategic planning, as well as integrating the key aspects of your business’ finances, operations and marketing. The goal of a good business plan is to ensure all of the key players in your business are on the same page and have the same shared goals for profitability. This workshop starts with solid business principles and ends with practical suggestions for your law firm to implement moving forward. The workshop structure allows for interaction and questions and answers on a personal level–both through faculty lead group and team discussions, as well as individual coaching.

Both Steve and Paul are passionate about helping professionals grow their business’ through the development and implantation of a solid business plan. To help you prepare for the workshop, key seminar materials will be distributed in advance to encourage the attendees to come prepared for an interactive and productive time for faculty and participants alike.
