Aggergaard puts the recent issues in context from a civil litigation perspective.Steve practices in the areas of commercial and nonprofit litigation, professional liability, intellectual property, and appellate law.  His clients include businesses, individuals, educators, churches, and persons in the media ranging from bloggers to professional publishers.  A former newspaper journalist of 15 years, Steve writes and advises on a variety of First Amendment-related issues, and he remains active as a media adviser, educator, and lecturer.
