The HCBA's Law & Literature CLE seminars provide a unique way to earn your ethics and elimination of bias CLE credits. Led by experienced facilitators, these popular CLE programs use short articles and works of fiction as a springboard for active discussions on legal ethics and bias.

Stories will be sent to you once you register and must be read in advance. 
No walk-in registrations.

Ethics stories include: "Colonel Chabert" by Honore de Balzac and "Shooting an Elephant" by George Orwell

Elimination of Bias stories include: "Veraswami" by Norval Morris and "John, John Chinaman" by Pearl S. Buck
