5.0 (3.0 Ethics and 2.0 Elimination of Bias) CLE credits applied for.

The HCBA's Law & Literature CLE seminars provide a unique way to earn your ethics and elimination of bias CLE credits. Led by experienced facilitators, these popular CLE programs use short articles and works of fiction as a springboard for active discussions on legal ethics and bias. Stories will be sent to you once you register and must be read in advance.

Choose the morning program for the Ethics discussion, the afternoon session for Elimination of Bias, or sign up for a whole day and save on registration. Space is limited. No walk-in registrations accepted.

All New Stories include:

  • Morning Session: Antigone, Sophocles (Don Taylor translation); I’m Just an Associate…at a New York Firm, Lawrence J. Fox
  • Afternoon Session: Trouble in Mind, Alice Childress; Everything That Rises Must Converge, Flannery O'Connor
