Division is now accepting applications for the Guardianship/Conservatorship
Attorney Panel. Applicants must meet the
following criteria: Minimum of five
years of experience as an attorney that includes at least 1 year experience
with guardianship/conservatorship cases; current malpractice insurance; willingness
to authorize the Court to check with the Lawyers Professional Responsibility
Board; and completion of at least three CLE credits regarding
guardianships/conservatorships annually (current panelists must verify G/C CLE
completion for the past two years). Panel
